Meet Tim.
Tim brings more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience and a lifelong passion for building. Growing up in the construction industry, he developed a strong foundation in residential construction while working on homes throughout the Seattle area. His experience spans every stage of the building process, including framing, siding, windows, roofing, decks, and complete home renovations.

As his career progressed, Tim expanded into commercial construction, managing crews and overseeing large-scale projects such as apartment communities and office buildings. This broad range of experience gives him a unique understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of construction, allowing him to successfully manage projects of all sizes.
After relocating to South Carolina, Tim returned to his roots in residential construction, focusing on high-quality renovations, remodels, additions, and custom home building. As a licensed and insured South Carolina builder, he is committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, clear communication, honesty, and lasting value on every project.

Working alongside his wife, an interior designer, Tim offers clients the advantage of seamless collaboration between construction and design. Together, they help homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces that reflect their lifestyle and vision and truly ELEVATE their homes.When he's not building for clients, Tim can often be found renovating and improving his own investment properties. He is passionate about helping homeowners transform their spaces and takes pride in turning dream homes into reality.
